Jim Martindale, owner and broker of Martindale Commercial Real Estate, Inc., has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977 and has specialized in commercial and investment properties since 1982. As a successful commercial real estate broker, he has helped clients purchase, sell and lease hundreds of commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, and apartments. In addition to brokerage, Jim has profitably invested in numerous income properties, real estate development projects, and multiple single-family homes. Being involved in both sides of the transaction has given him a unique perspective and placed him in the top 1% of investor in the United States. To successfully navigate today’s ever-changing real estate climate demands experience, knowledge and active participation. He believes that "the best coaches have successfully mastered the game."
